RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

 

Artendipity operates on a print-on-demand basis, so no returns or refunds are accepted once orders have been placed.  

Damaged or defective photographs 

In the event of receiving a package with damaged contents, the customer must notify us via artendipity@fotonostrum.com within 14 days of delivery of the package.  

We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the reshipment of the order in good condition.  

  

Lost parcel  

In case of loss or misplacement of the package by the post office. The customer must contact us within five weeks after receiving the shipping confirmation email. We will arrange for the package to be found and delivered to you or we will resend a new one at no additional cost, provided that the request has been made within the stipulated period.
